"In the past, my job only required me to get along with computer and hard figures. In the last two years, I changed my job nature from technical side to sales front. This is really a huge change and challenge to me! This new mission requires me to make persuasive presentations to my clients. Though I got my MBA with satisfactory request, I am weak in communication. Having joined Toastmasters, I have sharpened my communication, presentation and public speaking skills in all aspects which help me overcome various challenges I faced in my job and life. What I undergo is "transformation".
