The Competent Leader Programme

Have you signed up to give a speech? How about being an evaluator, ah-counter or timekeeper? Do you know that you get credits for taking up roles towards the Competent Leader (CL) award?

The CL is the core of the leadership track. It features ten projects, which you complete while serving in various club meeting roles. An evaluator will give you feedback each time you perform a role, helping you to improve. When you complete the manual, you are eligible for Competent Leader recognition.
